Bride Show – Matjes with Bratwurst and Potato Salad

“Bride Show” – Matjes with bratwurst and potato salad:

  • 200 g Potato salad with pickles and creme fraiche
  • 1 piece Bratwurst
  • 3 piece Herring fillets in oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Cream of horseradish

Garnish:

  • 30 g Vegetable cucumber
  • 1 piece Onion, cut into rings
  • 30 g Red peppers
  • 1 piece Mushroom brown, cut

sprinkle with:

  • 1 pinch Dried herbs
  • 1 pinch Chili pepper

Preparation:

  1. Pre-cook the peeled potatoes, mix with creme fraiche and chopped gherkins, fry the sausage and mushroom slices in the pan and cut the cucumber, onion and bell pepper as a side dish and place everything on the serving plate along with a little mustard and horseradish.

Serve:

  1. For the barbecue, together with non-alcoholic cold drinks and also with alcoholic beverages beer and grain (Lütje Lage).
