Zucchini Boats Baked Zucchini

  • 2 average Zucchini
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 4 Pc. Radish
  • 1 Pc. Mountain cheese
  • 1 Pc. Red peppers
  • Salt pepper
  • 2 Pc. Chicken breasts
  1. Halve the zucchini, hollow out and slowly fry in oil on both sides so that they cook. Remove from the pan when they are brown enough.
  2. Cut the chicken into small strips and fry and season in the same pan.
  3. In the meantime, chop the radishes, peel and chop the peppers and mix with the cream cheese and chicken. Put everything in the zucchini and grate with as much cheese as you like.
  4. Bake in a baking dish in the oven on the middle rack until everything is nice and brown
