Pancakes with Walnut, Blueberry and Vanilla

The perfect pancakes with walnut, blueberry and vanilla recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 350 g Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 2 shot Maple syrup
  • 100 g Blueberries
  • 50 g Walnuts
  • 1 pinch Ground vanilla pod
  1. Separate the eggs for the pancakes. Mix flour, baking powder, egg yolk, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt with milk until a creamy mixture is formed. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture.
  1. Add the butter to the pan and fry until golden brown for 2-3 minutes on each side over a medium to high heat.
  1. Drape hot pancakes with maple syrup, blueberries and walnuts, and finally top with a little ground vanilla (dried).
