Fennel Salad with Grapes

The perfect fennel salad with grapes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Corn tortillas
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 250 g Grapes
  • 1 Fennel bulb
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 100 g Fresh prawns
  1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Brush the tortillas with a little water with a brush and sprinkle with the sugar. Roast in the oven for 2-3 minutes.
  1. Wash the grapes and cut them in half if necessary. Cut the fennel into fine strips. Finely dice the onion.
  1. Whisk the vinegar, salt and pepper, fold in the oil. Mix the grapes, fennel, onion and dressing in a bowl and then serve with the prawns and tortillas.
