Fennel Salad with Grapes
The perfect fennel salad with grapes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Corn tortillas
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 250 g Grapes
- 1 Fennel bulb
- 1 Onion
- 2 tbsp White wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 100 g Fresh prawns
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Brush the tortillas with a little water with a brush and sprinkle with the sugar. Roast in the oven for 2-3 minutes.
- Wash the grapes and cut them in half if necessary. Cut the fennel into fine strips. Finely dice the onion.
- Whisk the vinegar, salt and pepper, fold in the oil. Mix the grapes, fennel, onion and dressing in a bowl and then serve with the prawns and tortillas.
