Potato – Ham – Tortilla

The perfect potato – ham – tortilla recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Boiled firm boiling potatoes
  • 125 gr Boiled ham
  • 125 gr Lean raw ham
  • 8 Eggs
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 bunch Flat leaf parsley
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 40 gr Butter
  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices.
  2. Cut both types of ham into cubes or the lean ones are already available to buy 🙂 Whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Rinse the parsley, pat dry and roughly chop.
  3. Heat the oil and butter in a large pan, then fry the potato slices until brown, add the diced ham and fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper and stir in half of the parsley.
  4. Put everything in a large flat baking dish and pour the eggs over them. Then bake in the preheated oven at around 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.
