Four Fruit Jam with Stevia

The perfect four fruit jam with stevia recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Apricots
  • 250 g Peaches
  • 250 g Mango
  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 250 g Vanilla pods
  • 350 g Stevia gelling sugar 2: 1
  • 10 leaves Lemon balm fresh
  1. Wash the fruit, remove the skin from the peaches and apricots and cut them into small pieces.
  2. Remove the strawberries from the blossom, remove the mango from the stone, peel and chop everything
  3. Now puree the fruit, add the scraped vanilla pod and mix with the preserving sugar
  4. Put the pot on the stove and bring to the boil, stirring constantly, and then let it boil for another 4 minutes —— make a gelling test.
  5. Finally stir in the finely chopped lemon balm and pour everything into prepared glasses.
  6. Immediately put the lid on and turn it upside down for 5 minutes – let it cool down and then you can enjoy the jam – had something left over.
