Four Fruit Jam with Stevia
The perfect four fruit jam with stevia recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Apricots
- 250 g Peaches
- 250 g Mango
- 250 g Strawberries
- 250 g Vanilla pods
- 350 g Stevia gelling sugar 2: 1
- 10 leaves Lemon balm fresh
- Wash the fruit, remove the skin from the peaches and apricots and cut them into small pieces.
- Remove the strawberries from the blossom, remove the mango from the stone, peel and chop everything
- Now puree the fruit, add the scraped vanilla pod and mix with the preserving sugar
- Put the pot on the stove and bring to the boil, stirring constantly, and then let it boil for another 4 minutes —— make a gelling test.
- Finally stir in the finely chopped lemon balm and pour everything into prepared glasses.
- Immediately put the lid on and turn it upside down for 5 minutes – let it cool down and then you can enjoy the jam – had something left over.
