- 1 packet Mixed vegetables Tk
- 300 g Asparagus curd
- 150 ml Vegetable broth
- 150 ml Cream
- Salt pepper
- Nutmeg a.d.M
- Chopped fresh parsley
- Put the mixed vegetables in the vegetable stock and bring to the boil, simmer very slowly and gently (about 3 minutes), then add the cleaned asparagus curd and cook for the last few minutes.
- The broth is quickly simmered … then pour on the cream, heat everything and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Finally add the fresh herbs.
