Vegetable Side Dish: Mixed Vegetables in Cream

  • 1 packet Mixed vegetables Tk
  • 300 g Asparagus curd
  • 150 ml Vegetable broth
  • 150 ml Cream
  • Salt pepper
  • Nutmeg a.d.M
  • Chopped fresh parsley
  1. Put the mixed vegetables in the vegetable stock and bring to the boil, simmer very slowly and gently (about 3 minutes), then add the cleaned asparagus curd and cook for the last few minutes.
  2. The broth is quickly simmered … then pour on the cream, heat everything and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
