Buckwheat with Turkey Meat

The perfect buckwheat with turkey meat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Buckwheat
  • 400 g Turkey breast fillet
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 200 g Water
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 1 tbsp Sauce binder light
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Fry the buckwheat with a tablespoon of oil in a saucepan (buckwheat has to burst like popcorn), deglaze with water and simmer for about 10 minutes, season with salt.

  1. Sear the turkey fillet in a preheated pan, deglaze with cream and water and simmer, season with salt and pepper and you’re done.
