Sliced turkey on Croissant Noodles
The perfect sliced turkey on croissant noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Pasta (general) e.g. croissants
- 200 g Turkey breast
- 100 ml Whipped cream
- 1 Onion
- 0,5 tsp Mustard
- Salt pepper
- Chilli from the mill
- Chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Noodles, I had croissants, cook in salted water for about 20 minutes. Pouring off.
- Then toss the pasta in melted butter. Cut turkey breast into strips.
- Cut the onion (garlic as well) into cubes and fry in a little oil until translucent. Later add the turkey strips and fry for about 5 minutes. Salt and pepper, add mustard and chilli. Deglaze with the whipped cream. Reduce the whipped cream a little and you’re done.
- Finally mix in the finely chopped parsley.
