  • 150 g Pasta (general) e.g. croissants
  • 200 g Turkey breast
  • 100 ml Whipped cream
  • 1 Onion
  • 0,5 tsp Mustard
  • Salt pepper
  • Chilli from the mill
  • Chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  1. Noodles, I had croissants, cook in salted water for about 20 minutes. Pouring off.
  2. Then toss the pasta in melted butter. Cut turkey breast into strips.
  3. Cut the onion (garlic as well) into cubes and fry in a little oil until translucent. Later add the turkey strips and fry for about 5 minutes. Salt and pepper, add mustard and chilli. Deglaze with the whipped cream. Reduce the whipped cream a little and you’re done.
  4. Finally mix in the finely chopped parsley.
