Pasta Sauce Mussel Noodles with Cheese and Cream Sauce
The perfect pasta sauce mussel noodles with cheese and cream sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 piece Chopped onion
- 2 piece Garlic cloves chopped
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 200 g Spinach cooked frozen
- 400 g Pasta
- 1 tbsp Salt
- Water
- 150 g Mountain cheese
- 200 ml Milk
- 100 ml Cream
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
preparation
- Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a small saucepan and sweat the onion and garlic in it. Add the frozen spinach and let thaw a little. Pour milk and cream on top and season with salt and pepper. Simmer gently for 5 minutes

- Roughly dice the mountain cheese and let it melt in the sauce. Drain the pasta, pour it into a warm plate and pour the sauce over it.
