Vegetarian: Quinoa Patties with Paprika and Mushroom Sauce

The perfect vegetarian: quinoa patties with paprika and mushroom sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Patties:

  • 100 g Quinoa
  • 250 g Vegetable broth
  • 2 El Millet flakes
  • 1 small Onion
  • 0,5 pole Leek
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 Spr Lemon
  • 1 Egg

Sauce:

  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 150 ml Vegetable stock
  • 1 Hot peppers
  • 3 Tl Tomato paste
  • 2 Tl Curry
  • 2 El Butter
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 2 Tl Paprika powder
  • 1 toe Garlic fresh
  • 1 Yellow peppers
  • Salt and pepper

Patties:

  1. For the patties quinoa with the stock, bring the mixture to the boil. Mix in 2 tbsp millet flakes. Chop the onion and leek and fry in a little olive oil. Then add the egg and onion mixture to the cooled mixture.
