Egg Liqueur Cake from Tray
The perfect egg liqueur cake from tray recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Margarine
- 300 g Flour
- 1 P Baking powder
- 300 g Sugar
- 2 P Vanilla sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 300 ml Advocaat
- 100 g Grated chocolate

- 200 g White couverture
- Grated chocolate
- Margarine and flour for the mold
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees upper and lower heat. Grease and flour a baking tray (30×40 cm).
- Melt the margarine and let it cool down.
- Mix flour with baking powder and sieve into a bowl with a lid (approx. 3l), mix sugar with vanilla sugar and pour on the flour.
- Add the eggs, eggnog and liquid margarine and close the bowl tightly with the lid.
- Then shake the bowl vigorously (about 30 seconds) so that all ingredients are well mixed. Remove the lid, add the grated chocolate and stir everything again with a whisk …….
- 6 …….. on the baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, let cool down.
- In the meantime, melt the icing, spread it on the cold cake and decorate with grated chocolate.
