Peach Champagne Dessert

The perfect peach champagne dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 ml Sparkling wine
  • 1 P Cream pudding powder
  • 6 El Sugar
  • 1 big can Peach halves
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • Decoration to taste
  1. Remove 100 ml of the sparkling wine and mix with 3 tablespoons of sugar and the pudding powder. Bring the remaining sparkling wine to the boil and stir in the pudding powder, bring to the boil and remove from the plate.
  2. Put the champagne pudding in a bowl and immediately cover with cling film, allow to cool.
  3. Drain the peaches and cut into pieces, add 3 tablespoons of sugar and puree.
  4. Divide the puree into 5 wine glasses.
  5. Stir the mascarpone spoonful into the cold champagne pudding and pour onto the peach puree.
  6. Decorate as desired and refrigerate until ready to eat.
