Peach Champagne Dessert
The perfect peach champagne dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 ml Sparkling wine
- 1 P Cream pudding powder
- 6 El Sugar
- 1 big can Peach halves
- 250 g Mascarpone
- Decoration to taste
- Remove 100 ml of the sparkling wine and mix with 3 tablespoons of sugar and the pudding powder. Bring the remaining sparkling wine to the boil and stir in the pudding powder, bring to the boil and remove from the plate.
- Put the champagne pudding in a bowl and immediately cover with cling film, allow to cool.
- Drain the peaches and cut into pieces, add 3 tablespoons of sugar and puree.
- Divide the puree into 5 wine glasses.
- Stir the mascarpone spoonful into the cold champagne pudding and pour onto the peach puree.
- Decorate as desired and refrigerate until ready to eat.
