Salad: Cous-cous with Feta and Rocket
The perfect salad: cous-cous with feta and rocket recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Couscous
- 250 ml Vegetable broth hot
- 1 hand Arugula
- 1 bunch Basil
- 3 Branches Mint fresh
- 100 g Feta
- Salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- Pour the broth over the cous-cous and let it soak.
- Dice the feta, chop the herbs finely, cut the rocket into small pieces, then mix everything with the cous-cous, season and season.
