Ingredients
 

  • 150 g Couscous
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth hot
  • 1 hand Arugula
  • 1 bunch Basil
  • 3 sprigs Mint fresh
  • 100 g Feta
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Pour the broth over the cous-cous and let it soak.
  • Dice the feta, chop the herbs finely, cut the rocket into small pieces, then mix everything with the cous-cous, season and season.
