Herbal Butter Is Twofold
The perfect herbal butter is twofold recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Butter
- 2 Frozen Mediterranean herbs
- Sea-Salt
- Freshly grated Parmesan
- If necessary, rubbed out of the bag
- 4 piece Fresh garlic
Classic herb butter
- Put 1,250g soft butter in a bowl and squeeze 1 pack of herbs and 2 toes of garlic, if you like you can of course take more, add it and mix everything together vigorously. Put in bowls, decorate and chill.
Herbal butter with Parmesan
- Mix the butter as described above and then add 150g grated Parmesan and mix everything together vigorously. Delicious with warm grilled meat or just with a baguette or toasted bread.
