- 75 g Flour
- 25 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 teaspoon Wine vinegar
- 1 piece Fresh onion
- 50 g Black Forest ham
- 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 piece Apple
- 1 piece Egg
- 2 tablespoon Cream 30% fat
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- Make a shortcrust pastry out of flour, butter, salt and vinegar and let it rest in the refrigerator for half an hour.
- Grease a small quiche dish and distribute the batter in it. Pull up the edge.
- Pre-bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees lower / upper heat for about 10 minutes.
- Peel the onion and cut into half rings, dice the ham. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions and ham in it.
- Peel the apple, remove the core and cut the apple into wedges.
- Now first distribute the apple wedges on the dough, then pour the onion and ham mixture over it.
- Quench the egg with the cream, salt and pepper and pour over the tart.
- Put back in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes at the above temperature.
