- For the quark, I finely diced or chopped cucumber, apple, pickled cucumber, onion, dill … I mixed the quark with the sour cream, milk, liquid honey, salt and pepper and stirred it well I added the linseed oil in abundance, stirred it again and seasoned it again – and then salted it again ..
- for the bacon stick I finely diced the bacon, the onion too .. oil was left out in a pan, the bacon and the onion were added and the color took off.I seasoned with salt and pepper .. finally I gave the finely chopped ones Add parsley, stir briefly – done ..
- I had already cooked medium-sized potatoes into jacket potatoes beforehand .. so I served pellet quark with linseed oil and bacon stick .. tip: it tastes absolutely great with matjes or bismarck herring-mh-unfortunately I didn’t have it in the house .. so there was always with my mother at home!
