Ingredients
- 250 g Low fat quark
- 1 tbsp Linseed oil
- Sea salt
- Ground pepper colored
- Italian herbs TK
- 4 tbsp Low fat milk
Instructions
- Put the quark in a deep bowl, add approx. 4 tablespoons of milk, approx. 1 tablespoon of linseed oil as well as salt, pepper and the Italian herb mixture as desired, stir everything well and cover and leave to stand in the refrigerator for approx. 1 to 2 hours the herbs come into their own.
- The quark tastes very good with fresh bread, rolls and whatever else you want to eat for breakfast. It also goes very well with fresh, hot jacket potatoes
