Dairy Products: Moni’s Breakfast Quark with Touch of Linseed Oil

Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Low fat quark
  • 1 tbsp Linseed oil
  • Sea salt
  • Ground pepper colored
  • Italian herbs TK
  • 4 tbsp Low fat milk

Instructions
 

  • Put the quark in a deep bowl, add approx. 4 tablespoons of milk, approx. 1 tablespoon of linseed oil as well as salt, pepper and the Italian herb mixture as desired, stir everything well and cover and leave to stand in the refrigerator for approx. 1 to 2 hours the herbs come into their own.
  • The quark tastes very good with fresh bread, rolls and whatever else you want to eat for breakfast. It also goes very well with fresh, hot jacket potatoes
