Chicory and Orange Salad >>

The perfect chicory and orange salad >> recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Chicory
  • 2 Oranges / oranges
  • Salt
  • White milled pepper
  • 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 150 g Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Cream
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  1. Clean the chicory and cut out the inner bitter core. wash and drain. Then cut into slices. Peel the orange and separate the fillets with a sharp knife. Share this again if necessary. When removing, pour the juice over the chicory.
  2. Mix the yoghurt with the cream, salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar. Finally stir in the oil. Pour the sauce over the salad and carefully fold in. Let steep for 10-15 minutes before serving. Serve with toast.
  3. The salad tastes so good to us that we usually eat the 4-person portion for two in the evening ;-)))
