- 250 g Raw fruit and vegetables salad
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 Pc. Fresh tomato
- 1 Pc. Spring onion
- 3 Pc. Jacket potatoes from the previous day
- 30 g Millet cooked the day before
- 30 g Herbal spices
- For the raw vegetable salad, chop the zucchini, kohlrabi and radishes with the spiral cutter, chop up 3 leaves of oak leaf lettuce, arrange on the plate, sprinkle with oil, sprouts and spices.
