Fine Veal Steaks with Vegetables and Fried Potatoes

Ingredients
 

  • 4 Veal steak
  • Mixed imperial vegetables from Iglo as much as you like
  • 4 Greasy potatoes or new harvest
  • Rama liquid, sea salt, pepper from the mill

Instructions
 

  • Wash steaks dry with kitchen roll.
  • Cook the potatoes with their peel until soft.
  • Simmer the vegetables in a pan with rama until soft and season with salt and pepper. If necessary, add a little broth so that the vegetables are nice and soft. But it should still be firm to the bite.
  • Sear the veal steaks in rama for 3-4 minutes on both sides.
  • Peel and halve the potatoes and fry them in a little rama until they are crispy. Drain on kitchen roll and season with sea salt from the mill.
  • Now arrange nicely and only season the steaks with salt and pepper at the table. ENJOY THE MEAL:
