Fine Veal Steaks with Vegetables and Fried Potatoes

The perfect fine veal steaks with vegetables and fried potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 piece Veal steak
  • Mixed imperial vegetables from Iglo as much as you like
  • 4 piece Greasy potatoes or new harvest
  • Rama liquid, sea salt, pepper from the mill
  1. Wash steaks dry with kitchen roll.
  2. Cook the potatoes with their peel until soft.
  3. Simmer the vegetables in a pan with rama until soft and season with salt and pepper. If necessary, add a little broth so that the vegetables are nice and soft. But it should still be firm to the bite.
  4. Sear the veal steaks in rama for 3-4 minutes on both sides.
  5. Peel and halve the potatoes and fry them in a little rama until they are crispy. Drain on kitchen roll and season with sea salt from the mill.
  6. Now arrange nicely and only season the steaks with salt and pepper at the table. ENJOY THE MEAL:
