Onion Mince Steaks

The perfect onion mince steaks recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Medium-Sized onions
  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 El Breadcrumbs
  • 3 El Medium hot mustard
  • 2 tsp Dried marjoram
  • Salt pepper
  • 8 Discs Breakfast bacon
  • 2 El Oil
  • Possibly wooden skewers
  1. Peel the onions. Roughly dice 2, cut into rings once. Knead the mince, onion cubes, egg, breadcrumbs, 2 tablespoons mustard and spices. Shape into 8 steaks. Wrap with bacon and pin it if necessary.
  1. Heat the oil, fry the minced meat in it for about 15 minutes. Brown the onion rings about 5 minutes before the end of the roasting time.
  1. Garnish with mustard and onions. Brussels sprouts and boiled potatoes go well with this.
