Brandy Sour Cherries with Vanilla Cream & Crispy Crumbs

  • 75 g Butter almond leaves
  • 1 Handful Brandy sour cherries
  • 9 tablespoon Vanilla cream
  • 9 tablespoon Cream

preparation

  1. Beat the butter almond biscuits with the ironing iron into coarse crumbs – fill half of them into the glasses
  2. Mix the vanilla pudding with some liquid cream and a dash of egg liqueur until creamy and then spread this cream over the almond crumbs
  3. Quarter the brandy sausages and pour them over the vanilla cream – the 2nd half of the buttered almond crumbs on top – finally a dab of cream and a soft cheesecake on top – was lightning fast and super delicious !!!!
