Smoked Pork with Apple, Onion and Honey-mustard Sauce

  • 8 Kassel chops
  • 4 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 2 Red onions
  • 2 Apples
  • 400 ml Broth
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 tsp Honey liquid
  • 2 tsp Mustard
  1. Fry the meat in hot oil for about 6 minutes and remove. Peel the onion and cut into strips. Peel and core the apple and cut into wedges. Steam both in the frying fat for about 5 minutes.
