Peppered Strawberries with Vanilla Yogurt Cream
The perfect peppered strawberries with vanilla yogurt cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Fresh strawberries
- 400 Vanilla curd
- 150 g Whipped cream
- Black pepper from the mill
- 2 cl Kirsch
- 2 tbsp Agave syrup
- 0,5 Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Elderberry balsamic in-house production
- Mint leaves
- Chocolate flakes
- Wash the strawberries, cut off the green and cut into small cubes – squeeze the lemon half over the strawberries – grind plenty of pepper over the strawberries – add cherry pork and agave juice – season with the elderberry balsamic vinegar and everything for about 1-2 hours. marinate –
- Distribute 1-2 teaspoons of vanilla quark in 6 glasses – (I still had some left over from the cake) then marinated strawberries then quark again and finally a fanned half strawberry – garnish with mint leaves and chocolate chips – I still had a leftover blueberries which I used with – but doesn’t have to be –
