Pasta with Ham Cheese Sauce Weight Watchers

- 3 Fresh onion
- 1 packet Ham cubes lightly
- Garlic
- 125 ml Low fat milk
- 0,5 a cup Processed cheese half-fat level
- Sea-Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 300 g Cocktail tomatoes
- 1 kg Pasta
- Chives
- Parsely
- Cook the pasta or spaghetti in plenty of water.
- While the noodles are cooking, cut the onions into fine cubes. Fry this with the ham cubes in a coated pan, add the garlic and quartered tomatoes and fry briefly.
- Pour in the milk and broth, add the processed cheese, simmer or thicken the sauce for about 5 minutes. Then season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and lemon.
- Stir in the parsley and chives and serve with the pasta.
