- 1 Pc. Puff pastry roll
- 3 Pc Slices of cooked ham
- 100 g Herbal cream cheese
- 1 Pc. Egg yolk
- 1 disc Raclette cheese
- Take the puff pastry out of the refrigerator and let it warm up for 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, break open the egg and stir the yolks, use the egg white for other purposes or give it to the cat this time.
- Unroll the puff pastry, brush with cream cheese, leave an approx. 1 cm wide edge at the end and brush with egg yolk.
- I had large round slices of cooked ham that I cut in half and placed on top of the cream cheese. Now roll up from the long side and cut into 1-2 cm thick slices and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Cut the cheese into appropriate pieces and place in the middle.
