Fried Eggs with Difference

  • 4 Free range eggs
  • 1 Green peppers
  • 0,5 Fresh onion
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Cut the peppers into 4 slightly thicker rings, dice the rest and the onion. Heat the olive oil in a large pan and fry the pepper rings on one side, then turn. Slide one egg into a pepper ring and season with salt and pepper. Fry the remaining bell pepper and the onion in the pan, also season. Serve with bread. Enjoy the meal.
