Fried Eggs with Difference
The perfect fried eggs with difference recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Free range eggs
- 1 Green peppers
- 0,5 Fresh onion
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cut the peppers into 4 slightly thicker rings, dice the rest and the onion. Heat the olive oil in a large pan and fry the pepper rings on one side, then turn. Slide one egg into a pepper ring and season with salt and pepper. Fry the remaining bell pepper and the onion in the pan, also season. Serve with bread. Enjoy the meal.
