Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 4 tbsp Water
- 200 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 200 g Flour
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
Covering:
- 2 cup Cream
- Canned peach
- Flaked almonds
Instructions
- Separate the eggs, stir the egg yolks with water until foamy. Slowly pour in the sugar and vanilla sugar. Fold in the whipped egg whites. Sift flour and baking powder, stir in. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spread the dough on top and bake.
- 10-15 min. / 175 degrees.
- Turn the cake out onto a sugar-sprinkled baking tray and let it cool. Whip the cream until stiff and spread it on the cake. Spread the peach halves well apart and cut into squares; sprinkle the flaked almonds around the peaches.
