Ingredients
for the dough:
- 120 g Butter
- 80 g Powdered sugar
- 50 g Cocoa powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 0,5 bottle Vanilla flavor
- 125 g Flour
for the filling:
- 40 g Butter
- 40 g Coconut oil
- 100 g Powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp Cream cheese
- 0,5 bottles Vanilla flavor
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
- For the dark dough, stir the butter until foamy and then stir in the other ingredients. Process into a soft dough, add a little flour if necessary. Knead it with your hands, then wrap it in foil and put it in a cool place.
- For the filling, first melt the coconut oil and let it cool down. Stir all ingredients until frothy.
- Roll out the dark dough thinly and cut out circles (approx. 3 cm in diameter). Place on baking sheets lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for 10 minutes, then let cool down.
- Spread a little filling on each cookie and place a second cookie on top. Lightly press.
- The amount makes about 25 biscuits. They taste best when stored in the refrigerator. Hold about 1 week.
