Mandarin Muffins

The perfect mandarin muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Eggs
  • 180 gr Butter or margarine
  • 180 gr Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 180 gr Sifted flour
  • 1,5 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 a cup Natural yoghurt
  • 1 small Can of tangerines
  1. Mix the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy, mix the flour with the baking powder and add. Then stir in the yogurt. Now pour the mixture into the muffin molds and press in one or 2 mandarin wedges. Bake at 200 ° C for about 25-30 minutes
