Mandarin Coconut Muffins
The perfect mandarin coconut muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Sifted flour
- 100 g Sifted powdered sugar
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 3 Tbsp heaped Desiccated coconut
- 1 packet Zitroback
- 1 Egg
- 200 ml Orange juice
- 125 ml Oil
- 1 small can Mandarins
- Paper cases
- Line a muffin baking sheet with paper liners. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius. Drain the mandarins in a colander.
- Mix all ingredients except for the mandarins with a wooden spoon. Carefully fold in the tangerines. Pour the batter into the molds. Bake in the hot oven for about 20-25 minutes. Take out and let cool down.
