Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla sugar
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 dL Milk
  • 250 g Flour
  • 2,5 tsp Baking powder
  • 4 Tangerine
  • 0,5 packet Citronat (Succade)

Instructions
 

  • Stir the butter in a bowl until soft. Sugar, vanilla sugar, salt. Beat the eggs, stir everything below, stir with the mixer until the mixture turns light.
  • Add milk and keep stirring. Cut the flour, baking powder and tangerines into small pieces with the citronate, no longer use the mixer, but mix gently with your throat.
  • Baking: approx. 40 minutes in the middle of the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Cool on a wire rack.
