Mandarin Lemon Peel Muffins

- 100 g Butter
- 100 g Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla sugar
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 2 Pc. Eggs
- 2 deciliter Milk
- 250 g Flour
- 2,5 tsp Baking powder
- 4 Pc. Tangerine
- 0,5 packet Citronat (Succade)
- Stir the butter in a bowl until soft. Sugar, vanilla sugar, salt. Beat the eggs, stir everything below, stir with the mixer until the mixture turns light.
- Add milk and keep stirring. Cut the flour, baking powder and tangerines into small pieces with the citronate, no longer use the mixer, but mix gently with your throat.
- Baking: approx. 40 minutes in the middle of the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Cool on a wire rack.
