Mandarin Lemon Peel Muffins

The perfect mandarin lemon peel muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla sugar
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 2 deciliter Milk
  • 250 g Flour
  • 2,5 tsp Baking powder
  • 4 Pc. Tangerine
  • 0,5 packet Citronat (Succade)
  1. Stir the butter in a bowl until soft. Sugar, vanilla sugar, salt. Beat the eggs, stir everything below, stir with the mixer until the mixture turns light.
  1. Add milk and keep stirring. Cut the flour, baking powder and tangerines into small pieces with the citronate, no longer use the mixer, but mix gently with your throat.
  1. Baking: approx. 40 minutes in the middle of the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Cool on a wire rack.
