Sleeping Apples
The perfect sleeping apples recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 tbsp Flour
- 1 pcs Egg M or L
- 1 gr Apple
- 1,5 tbsp Sugar
- 0,5 tsp Cinammon
- Milk to stir
- For frying

- Core apple (cut out casing)
- Then cut the apple into 0.5 cm thick rings
- Work the flour + sugar + cinnamon + milk and the egg into a thicker pancake batter.
- Now dip the rings in the mixture, turn them, turn them over and then place them in a frying pan and fry them until crispy on both sides …
- Then take out the rings & put them on 1 kitchen paper .. (to degrease)
- Now put it nicely on a plate and garnish …
- TIP .: Mix Liqueur43 (3 tbsp + 1 tsp honey) and drizzle over it.
