Pear and Chocolate Muffins

  • 1 Egg
  • 140 g Sugar brown
  • 120 g Soft butter
  • 250 g Cream
  • 120 g Wholemeal spelled flour
  • 140 g Flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0,5 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
  • 100 g Chocolate chips
  • 250 g Diced pears … well ripened or canned
  • Icing sugar for dusting
  • Paper cases
  1. Preheat the oven to 180-190 ° C O / U – heat.
  2. Mix the egg with the brown sugar until frothy, then stir in the softened butter and sour cream. Mix the flour, baking powder, cocoa, baking soda, vanilla sugar and chocolate chips and fold into the moist mixture. Finally fold in the pear cubes. Place the paper liners in the muffin tray and then fill 2/3 with batter. Bake in the oven on the middle rack for 25 minutes.
  3. Let the finished muffins cool down a bit and then put them out of the baking tray on a wire rack so that they cool down completely.
  4. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
