Smoked Pork Chops

The perfect smoked pork chops recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Frozen princess beans
  • 500 g Boneless Kassel ridge
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 100 ml Broth
  • Salt pepper
  1. Cook the beans in salted water for 6 minutes
  1. Cut the kasseler & 1 onion into cubes
  1. Heat 1 tablespoons of oil in a pan, fry the smoked pork loin in it, remove.
  1. Sauté the onion in the pan, add the beans.
  1. Add 5,100 ml stock and cook covered for 2-3 minutes
  1. Put the kasseler back in the pan and season with salt and pepper
  1. ♥ Goes with: mashed potatoes
