Mandarin Curd with Amarettini

The perfect mandarin curd with amarettini recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Can Tangerine preserve
  • 250 g Sour cream
  • 250 g Quark
  • 40 g Liquid honey
  • 0,5 Vanilla pod pulp
  • 20 Amarettini biscuits, crumbled
  • Ground cinnamon
  1. Drain the tangerines, collect the juice and cut the tangerines into small pieces. Mix the sour cream, quark and honey, add enough tangerine juice to make a creamy mixture. Season with vanilla and cinnamon.
  1. Stir the crumbled amarettini and mandarins into the cream. Possibly put a few mandarins aside to garnish. Garnish with dark and white chocolate, place in the refrigerator or serve immediately.
