Mandarin Curd with Amarettini

- 1 Can Tangerine preserve
- 250 g Sour cream
- 250 g Quark
- 40 g Liquid honey
- 0,5 Vanilla pod pulp
- 20 Amarettini biscuits, crumbled
- Ground cinnamon
- Drain the tangerines, collect the juice and cut the tangerines into small pieces. Mix the sour cream, quark and honey, add enough tangerine juice to make a creamy mixture. Season with vanilla and cinnamon.
- Stir the crumbled amarettini and mandarins into the cream. Possibly put a few mandarins aside to garnish. Garnish with dark and white chocolate, place in the refrigerator or serve immediately.
