Ingredients
 

  • 400 g Fresh minced beef
  • 2 Diced potatoes
  • 3 Diced red skinned tomato
  • 0,5 Red peeled peppers, finely chopped
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 0,75 L Beef broth
  • 2 Red chilli pepper, finely chopped without seeds
  • 1 tbsp Mustard medium hot
  • 3 Spring onions fresh, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Seasonal herbs finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch Minced meat spice
  • 1 pinch Sea salt from the mill

Instructions
 

  • Sauté the onions, potatoes and peppers in the oil. add the minced meat and fry until brown. Now chilli, garlic, tomatoes and spring onions are added and fried for a few minutes.
  • In the meantime, I lightly roasted the tomato paste in a saucepan, then the mustard is added and the broth is poured on.
  • Put the minced meat vegetables from the pan into the pot and simmer everything together for about 30 minutes. Then add the herbs and season to taste. We had vegetable rice tossed in curry butter with it.
