Chocolate Eggnog Muffins

The perfect chocolate eggnog muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 5 Eggs
  • 250 g Powdered sugar
  • 1 El Vanilla sugar own production
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 P Baking powder
  • 250 ml Cooking oil
  • 250 ml Advocaat
  • 2 El Cocoa
  • 50 g Chocolate shavings
  • White couverture
  • Paper muffin tins
  • Muffin baking pan who has
  1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees top-bottom heat. Equip the muffin baking tray with paper molds or place paper molds on a normal baking tray.
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar to a creamy, foamy mixture.
  3. Mix the flour with cocoa and baking powder and add to the foam mixture. Pour in the oil and eggnog and stir everything well. Fold in the chocolate flakes.
  4. Distribute evenly in the muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Melt the white couverture and decorate the muffins with it.
