Ingredients
- 5 Eggs
- 250 g Powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp Vanilla sugar own production
- 250 g Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 250 ml Cooking oil
- 250 ml Advocaat
- 2 tbsp Cocoa
- 50 g Chocolate shavings
- White couverture
- Paper muffin tins

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees top-bottom heat. Equip the muffin baking tray with paper molds or place paper molds on a normal baking tray.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar to a creamy, foamy mixture.
- Mix the flour with cocoa and baking powder and add to the foam mixture. Pour in the oil and eggnog and stir everything well. Fold in the chocolate flakes.
- Distribute evenly in the muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes.
- Melt the white couverture and decorate the muffins with it.
