Hearty Mushroom and Ham Cake

- 1 packet Tarte flambée dough from Aldi
- 100 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 150 g Mushrooms cleaned and sliced
- 150 g Black Forest ham
- 100 g Grated cheese
- Dried herbs
- Place the tarte flambée dough on a baking sheet, brush it with crème fraîche, top with mushrooms and ham, sprinkle with the herbs and cheese and bake in the oven at 150 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve with a well chilled beer,
