Coconut – Chocolate Muffins

- 150 g Desiccated coconut
- 200 g Sifted flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 2 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa

- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon

- 50 g Desiccated coconut
- 30 g Butter

- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Mix the butter, sugar and eggs until frothy. Stir the flour and baking powder through a sieve, mix with the desiccated coconut, cinnamon, cocoa and chocolate and mix everything into a smooth dough.
