Sliced meat in Mushroom Cream
The perfect sliced meat in mushroom cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Pork strips
- 1 Onion
- 250 g Mushrooms
- 1 a cup Brunch mushrooms
- 100 ml. Vegetable broth
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil
- Sear the chopped meat in hot oil.
- Peel and dice the onion, add to the meat and steam with it.
- Season the onion meat with salt and pepper.
- Clean the mushrooms, cut into slices, add to the meat, pour on the stock, close the saucepan and let simmer over a low heat for 10 minutes.
- Stir in the brunch and bring to the boil again briefly.
- I served croquettes with it.
