Shrimp – Egg – Salad
The perfect shrimp – egg – salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Small shrimp cooked
- 3 Hard-Boiled eggs
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp Quark
- 2 tbsp Italian herbs TK
- 1 Pressed clove of garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Coarsely grate the hard-boiled eggs in a large bowl, add the shrims.
- Mix all remaining ingredients well and season to taste.
- Add the cream to the shrimp, mix well and let steep for 1 hour.
