Ingredients
 

  • 10 Mini peppers
  • 100 g Crumbled Feta
  • 250 g Quark
  • 1 cup Italian herbs TK
  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash the peppers, cut in half lengthways and remove the stones, so that small "boats" are formed.
  • Mix all remaining ingredients well and season to taste.
  • Depending on the size, fill 1-2 teaspoons of the cream in each "boat" and arrange on a plate.
