Stuffed Mini Peppers
The perfect stuffed mini peppers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 10 Mini peppers
- 100 g Crumbled feta
- 250 g Quark
- 1 a cup Italian herbs TK
- 2 Garlic cloves chopped
- Salt
- Pepper
- Wash the peppers, cut in half lengthways and remove the stones, so that small “boats” are formed.
- Mix all remaining ingredients well and season to taste.
- Depending on the size, fill 1-2 teaspoons of the cream in each “boat” and arrange on a plate.
