Stuffed Mini Peppers

The perfect stuffed mini peppers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 10 Mini peppers
  • 100 g Crumbled feta
  • 250 g Quark
  • 1 a cup Italian herbs TK
  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Wash the peppers, cut in half lengthways and remove the stones, so that small “boats” are formed.
  1. Mix all remaining ingredients well and season to taste.
  1. Depending on the size, fill 1-2 teaspoons of the cream in each “boat” and arrange on a plate.
