Lukewarm Glass Noodle Salad

The perfect lukewarm glass noodle salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Pc. Cucumber
  • 2 Pc. Tomatoes
  • 3 Pc. Spring onions
  • 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • 1 Pc. Peperoncini
  • 100 g Glass noodles
  • 350 g Minced meat
  • 1 Pc. Lime
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • Salt
  • Oil
  1. Pour boiling water over glass noodles and leave to soak for about 15 minutes. Drain well and cut into pieces approx. 5 cm long.
  1. Cut the cucumber, tomatoes and spring onions into pieces. Chop the garlic and hot peppers.
  1. Fry the minced meat in oil until crumbly and season with salt. Add garlic and peperoncini and fry briefly.
  1. Mix everything together, season with soy sauce, lime juice and sesame oil. Serve lukewarm.
