Loose, Airy Waffles
The perfect loose, airy waffles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 260 g Flour
- 0,5 tsp Baking powder
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 50 g Melted butter
- 2 piece Free range eggs
- 300 ml Milk
- First, melt the butter and stir it together with the sugar, vanilla sugar, egg yolk and milk. Mix the flour and baking powder together and gradually add to the butter-milk mixture. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the batter. If the dough is too firm, add a little milk, otherwise add flour.
- Now bake ladles in the waffle iron for 2-3 minutes.
